I started to spot lots of mustard yellow already couple seasons ago and it still seems to go strong in the resort collections. I love the mood in Isabel Marant’s lookbook, and the look above is my absolute favorite. How would you call the silhouette of the pants?

I still haven’t finished reading the newest Unconditional Magazine. Everything in the issue is so visually beautiful that it makes me overwhelmed. In the picture above, from a Golden Girl -editorial, I fell in love with the chunky bracelet worn in the ankle, something I’m going to test this summer.

Two snapshots from my favorite city, Antwerp, where my loveliest friends took me for a surprise trip. We stayed in an AirBnb but went for drinks to Hotel Julien, where I’m definitely going to stay next time! As much as I love Paris, weekend getaways do wonders for the mind.

My newest thoughts are out at flounce.fi. This month I’m thinking about the impact of surroundings to creativity and inspiration among other things. Personally I’m very influenced by what I see around, not only about the aesthetics but the whole energy.

When I visited the studio apartment of Le Corbusier, I stopped by also at Maison La Roche, a house designed by Le Corbusier located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. I’m very into the old LC2 Armchairs that are soft and a bit “exploded”. Also as I maybe already mentioned, there’s something very inspiring on how Le Corbusier used and mixed colors.

Weekend inspiration from Joseph, which is a bit too clearly taking inspiration from Phoebe Philo’s Céline. In any ways the three above were my favorite looks from their most resent collection and I’m also very into the simple beauty looks.

The studio apartment of Le Corbusier in Paris was closed for couple of years due to restoration works and was opened for the public again this summer. I finally had time to go for a tour and it was definitely a perfect timing since I’ve been very into Le Corbusier’s work lately, especially his way of using colors.
